Welcome to Rozio, a live chat application powered by artificial intelligence, provided to you by Salonen LLC ("Salonen LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rozio's website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"), and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Rozio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least 16 years of age or older, as the Service is not intended for children under 16. If you are under the age of 16, you may not use the Rozio Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Rozio owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Rozio. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Rozio services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Rozio.

User Accounts

Registration: You may be required to create an account to use certain features of our services. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.
Brand Removal Clause: Merchants who wish to remove the Rozio branding from the chat interface must make a formal request to do so. The removal of branding is considered an additional service and will incur an extra charge. Please note that this feature is not automatically included in any of our existing plans and must be specifically discussed.
Termination: Rozio reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion.

Payment and Refunds

All services rendered by Rozio are provided on a non-refundable basis.
Users are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access the Rozio services through an Internet access provider or other third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Salonen LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Rozio service is at your sole risk and that the services are provided "as is" and "as available." In no event shall Salonen LLC's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or participating in any activity related to the use of the Rozio service or $100, whichever is less.

This limitation of the liability section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Rozio. Rozio has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
